We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Support Analyst to join a leading organisation, providing enterprise-level design, administration, support and governance across its Microsoft SharePoint environment.This is an opportunity for a hands-on SharePoint professional who can take ownership of complex technical issues, improve platform governance and security, deliver solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and work closely with business stakeholders.The role will also provide senior-level backup support for ServiceNow and other custom in-house applications, making experience across application support or development highly desirable.Your clientWork with a large mining company that specializes in copper and gold production, with operations around the globe, including Laos, Papua New Guinea, and Chile.
Your client values its diverse and multicultural workforce, emphasizing safety, inclusivity, and professional development.To be successful in this role, you must have the following: 5+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint.Solid experience in SharePoint administration, configuration and support.Experience working with SharePoint at an enterprise level.Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, governance and information architecture.Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Power Automate and/or Power Apps.Experience troubleshooting complex SharePoint incidents and performing root cause analysis.Experience delivering SharePoint upgrades, migrations or major platform changes.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to provide technical guidance,



mentoring and knowledge transfer to other IT resources.Strong documentation and analytical skills.A proactive approach to identifying improvements and resolving technical issues.Desirable: Experience supporting ServiceNow or other enterprise applications.Experience with SharePoint integrations, application development, workflows or automation.Experience supporting custom in-house applications.Understanding of IT governance, security and management practices.Some of the activities you will be involved in will include: Lead the administration, configuration and support of an enterprise SharePoint environment.Manage SharePoint governance, security, permissions and information architecture.Resolve complex SharePoint incidents and provide root cause analysis and long-term solutions.Design and build SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.Lead SharePoint upgrades, migrations, testing and platform changes.Work with stakeholders to deliver collaboration, automation and information management improvements.Provide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge transfer to IT teams.Provide backup support for ServiceNow and other in-house applications when required.Maintain technical documentation, standards and knowledge base content.Benefits of working with us:From day 1 HMO plus 1 FREE dependent from day one!
