You'll lead the end-to-end roasting operation, overseeing green bean silos and roasters to meet production requirements while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety and efficiency.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Roastery team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring continuity of supply, optimising roaster performance and building team capability.About youLead Roasting OperationsOversee daily roasting operations to meet production demand while maintaining quality and consistencyManage production schedules, throughput and operational efficiencySupervise and support the roasting team, allocating resources to meet targetsTrain and onboard team members in roasting processes, SOPs and safety standardsDrive Quality & Continuous ImprovementEnsure every roast meets Allpress quality and flavour standardsMaintain and improve roasting procedures, documentation and reporting systemsSupport food safety and quality systems, including HACCP and certification requirementsDrive process improvements that enhance consistency,
