The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator of Well-Being, you will:
Lead a team delivering services that support community engagement
Ensure services meet the needs of current policies and initiatives
Support continued partnerships across community and aged care providers
This is a locum assignment for approximatly 6 weeks with the potential to extend
About You
Proven people leadership experience
Experience in community development
Background in aged care, community health or social services
Robust stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable
