Working closely with Estimating, Project Managers, Sales and Directors, you’ll coordinate bids and submissions across the business.

The Role
Coordinate bids from start to finish
Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
Coordinate input from internal teams, consultants and suppliers
Manage bid registers, deadlines and submissions
Ensure documents meet brand and quality standards

About You
2–5+ years’ bid / tender coordination experience
Construction, fitout, property, architecture or professional services background
Robust writing and attention to detail
InDesign or similar experience
Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
