Lanson Partners is seeking a Senior Manager equivalent in FCC for a agile, highly collaborative 2LOD Compliance team. You will act as a trusted financial crime SME advising senior leaders on AML/CTF, sanctions and related risks, with a focus on policy, projects, and risk assessments.

The role requires APRA-regulated banking experience, a minimum of 5 years FCC experience, robust communication and influencing skills, and a team-oriented approach.
