This remote role can be located anywhere within Australia or New Zealand to perform the required responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production.Understand technical data conversion issues, expertly resolve issues, and communicate solutions.Train and mentor less experienced team membersAssist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments and provide input on best practicesLead in the validation of data loaded into Workday Advise client on options, risks,



and any impacts related to data conversionAnswer all inquiries on a timely basisComplete tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerResponsible for key communication to project and client leadership Report progress to clients and project managersContinually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutionsShare knowledge to continually improve implementation methodologyProvide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standardsClose attention to detailComplete all required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certificationREQUIRED SKILLSWorkday certification and experience with data migration in HCM and/or IntegrationsTeam player who can collaborate and communicate effectivelyQuick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used in Workday ecosystemDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Economics.High proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, MS Office SuiteExperience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgradesExperience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components required for Data Migration/Conversion/IntegrationExperience with Data Warehousing,
