DescriptionDescription:We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our team in Lidcombe, Sydney on a casual basis, working a baseline of approximately 20 hours per week but flex up to full time when necessary to cover planned leave periods.
This is a busy operations role, so time management skills, positive communication and organisational skills are key in the role.Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, your responsibilities will be:Order fulfilment: Assist with picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch or collection by techniciansReceiving: Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Verify delivered quantities against packing lists and report any discrepancies.Inventory Control: Perform routine stock counts and identify any discrepancies.Waste Management: As required, assist with decanting waste from wheelie bins returned by service technicians into large waste bins for collection.Recycling: Assist with the cleaning and recycling of stock returned from the field.
