Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking a Core Enrolled Nurse to provide patient-centred nursing care within the Community Recovery Program, Adult and Older Adult Services. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, intervene and evaluate health and functional status.

A regular day includes case management, early risk identification, medication supervision, and team-oriented recovery planning with residents and carers, aligned to Recovery-focused interventions.
