Hybrid role based in Central Sydney

A large organisation is quick-tracking a pilot LMS rollout as part of a wider learning platform transformation. Build and configuration is already underway. They need a hands‑on, delivery-focused Project Manager to take it over the line, landing technical readiness and sign-off within a tight, fixed timeframe ahead of go-live.

This is a focused, ring‑fenced delivery role with strong senior support. No strategy, no long runway: just transparent goals and a hard deadline.

Duties of the role:
Pick up an in-flight LMS build and drive it to completion
Own the plan, milestones, risks and dependencies through to readiness sign-off




Coordinate configuration, testing and approvals across technical and business stakeholders
Run delivery in an Agile/hybrid workplace using JIRA and Confluence
Keep the pilot tightly scoped and on track against a fixed deadline

Skills and experience:
Proven delivery-focused PM experience, ideally stepping into live projects mid-flight
LMS implementation experience (any major platform)
Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
