Codwell Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Retail Manager for its Dubbo, NSW store. You will manage store operations, staff, budgeting, and customer relations, reporting to the owner and coordinating with head office.

The successful candidate will oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance with policies, while driving sales and maintaining high store standards. Minimum 24 months managerial retail experience and relevant AQF qualification required.
