Pathway Talent, in collaboration with Recent Horizons, seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the Finance Operations team in NSW. This 6-month term role focuses on day-to-day financial operations, governance, and driving improvements to support informed business decisions.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee accounts payable/receivable, NDIS billing, procure-to-pay, and month-end close, while strengthening internal controls and guiding the team through change.
