Greater West Landscapes is seeking an experienced People & Culture leader to build and scale the division from the ground up. Reporting to the General Manager and sitting with the Executive Leadership Group, you’ll shape workforce strategy, performance, development and engagement across 150–300+ staff.

You’ll lead culture, systems, onboarding, reporting and compliance, while remaining hands-on on site and in the executive table discussions as the business grows.
