An established and highly regarded commercial builder is looking for an experienced Facade Foreman to join the delivery team on a $130M+ luxury high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.
This is a genuine chance to step into a major project with a well-resourced site team and take ownership of the facade package from installation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate facade subcontractors and trades on site
Manage daily activities, sequencing and programme requirements
Monitor quality, safety and workmanship
Maintain solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
Drive the project through to successful completion
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Facade Foreman / Facade Supervisor
Solid experience across high-rise, apartment or major commercial construction
Solid understanding of facade installation, sequencing and coordination
Ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple work fronts
Strong understanding of construction methodology, quality and safety
