Rush Broadband is seeking a first-line support specialist to assist customers with activation, changes and troubleshooting. You will handle calls, emails and chats, guiding users from hello to resolved and keeping detailed notes.

You will diagnose Wi‑Fi and connectivity faults, using Winbox to inspect routers and interfaces, and you will escalate complex issues to the relevant team as needed.
