Engineered Aluminium Works – Dandenong VIC

In this key support role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key responsibilities
General office administration and team support
Entering and maintaining customer and supplier information
Preparing Quotes as well as creating Sales Orders & Invoicing customers
Accounts payable & receivable entry and processing
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems
Providing support to other team members as needed
Ad-hoc tasks as required

About you
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accounting software knowledge, Reckon Hosted preferred but not essential
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
