About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead Acute Adult Psychiatry services in Western Sydney, Australia - commencing as soon as possible. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to drive clinical excellence and strategic direction in a large, diverse metropolitan community. Located in Western Sydney, you'll provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for acute adult psychiatry services, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health care. This role combines clinical expertise with demonstrated leadership experience, allowing you to shape service delivery and outcomes for a diverse patient population while working in a dynamic metropolitan setting. About You:
Fellow of the Royal Australian and Current Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) with specialist training and qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry, OR
Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) together with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) and specialist training and qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong clinical skills in acute adult psychiatry
