Giuseppe's Cantina, part of the Accor network in Mount Isa, is seeking a restaurant and bar supervisor to lead service and guest experience. You will coordinate functions, work closely with the kitchen to pace service and manage dietary requirements, and support staff across opening, service and closing shifts.

The role requires solid guest service, tight attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and RSA standards. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is expected.
