ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Previous Medical Reception Experience
Proven secure career history
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Can work cohesively within a team setting
Customer service skills with a pleasant professional manner
Time management skills and the ability to be self-motivated
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

CORE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing administrative support to a team of specialists, nurses and allied health professionals
Management of appointment book
Answering a high number of incoming calls and emails
Responding to patient enquiries in a timely manner by telephone/email
Daily banking reconciliation
Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
Patient billing processes, invoicing and receipting




Liaising with medical professionals, Medicare, health insurers, healthcare providers and Insurance companies
Start time can range 7:00am-10:00am | Finish Time can range 2:00pm-7:00pm
