Are you an experienced HR Driver looking for a stable, long-term prospect with the potential to move permanent?

We are currently seeking Multi System Operators (MSO) to join a busy waste and resource recovery operation based in Mackay .

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, an excellent hourly rate and overtime opportunities.

What's on Offer
$45.45 per hour – Waste Award Grade 8
Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm
Overtime available as required
Saturday generally used as a catch-up day if required

Work across the wider region

About the Role
Operating Front Lift and Hook Lift collection vehicles
Operating company collection vehicles and equipment
Transporting loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
Completing daily pre-start, maintenance and safety checks




Safely loading and unloading the vehicle
Operating vehicle controls manually
Interacting professionally with customers and site personnel
Following all safety and operational procedures

About You
Current unrestricted HR licence (or equivalent Class 4 NZ licence)
A clean driving record
Previous heavy vehicle driving experience
Confidence operating vehicle controls manually
Ability to multitask in a busy operational setting
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
A robust commitment to safety and a Zero Harm mindset
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
