Full Time - Permanent Sales/Customer Service Representative

SAS Supplier Group , established in 2005, is a leading wholesaler supplying the shopfitting, signage, print & display, building and fabrication industries. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team.

This role is a full time on-site position , based in our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane office .
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage invoicing
Follow up leads and convert quotes into sales
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise value




Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Work closely with sales reps and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery

Requirements & attributes:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/customer service
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Valuable organisational and time management skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
