National Dental Care is seeking a energetic, highly organised 2IC (Second in Charge) to support our Mandurah practice. This full time role combines leadership, reception, dental assisting, and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running and exceptional patient care.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager, lead the team, manage patient flow, and uphold high standards of safety and infection control across the practice.
