About the Role

As the face of our service department, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and technicians. You’ll ensure every guest receives clear communication, expert advice, and a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates
Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
Liaise with workshop manager with progress of service / repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the service process
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction every time

What We’re Looking For:




Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong organizational and computer skills
