Cairns Colonial Club Resort in Cairns is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader for Thirsty Flamingo Poolside Bar and Cafe. The role is permanent, full time, and requires RSA certification. Shifts cover breakfast, lunch and dinner, including weekends, with no split shifts.

You will lead by example, supervise Attendants, oversee rosters, timekeeping, and holidays, and train staff on SOPs. A solid customer service focus, organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously in
