Levyl seeks a senior Head of People & Culture for a 12-month maternity leave contract, leading Commercial Partnering & Systems across Commercial, Finance and Field Sales. You will shape strategy, oversee HR systems, remuneration, and workforce analytics while guiding a skilled team.

You will partner with directors, balance strategic oversight with delivery, and navigate a large, complex FMCG-like workplace. Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is highly regarded.
