The Role

We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic Full Time Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, working alongside a collaborative team to prepare high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back.

What you'll be doing
Prepare, cook and present a range of bistro menu items
Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place for daily service
Ensure food is prepared consistently and to a high standard
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation
Assist with stock rotation, storage and portion control to minimise waste
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen and food preparation area




Assist with the development of menu items, specials and seasonal offerings
Provide friendly and efficient service when interacting with customers
Follow all company procedures and food safety requirements

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with fresh food and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality meals.

Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Chef
Strong food preparation and cooking skills
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
A good understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices
The ability to work efficiently in a busy bistro environment
Robust attention to detail and a focus on freshness, quality and presentation
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a broader team
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and busy trading periods
