dnata Airport Services seeks a hands-on Chef for the marhaba Lounge at Melbourne Airport. This full time role operates on a rotating 7-day roster with shifts between 3:00am and 1:00am, requiring flexibility for early mornings and late nights.

You will prep, cook, present, and maintain a clean kitchen while monitoring stock and ensuring food safety and quality. Ideal candidates have 1+ year culinary experience, knife and grill/bake skills, and RSA certification.
