James Hardie is seeking a motivated Machine Operator & Forklift Driver for our NSW manufacturing sites. You will operate concrete mixing, stacking, and forming equipment, set up moulds and fixtures, and ensure production meets quality and efficiency targets.

The role requires a valid forklift licence, experience in manufacturing, robust mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to health and safety. A rotating 4 on/4 off roster includes 2 x 12-hour day shifts and 2 x 12-hour night shifts.
