Royal Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join the team in a quick-paced, busy kitchen. You will work under a Head Chef in a friendly environment and contribute to delivering quality, up-to-date cuisine across a variety of styles.

The role requires at least 3 years of qualified kitchen experience, a trade qualification or equivalent, and the ability to manage your own sections with pride in presentation. Flexibility with rosters and excellent communication are essential.
