About the Company
Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing community housing, has a permanent opportunity for a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management to join their team.

The role will be based in the Town Hall area, CBD. The role is Monday - Friday, an exciting opportunity to grow an affordable housing portfolio and give back to the community.

This role would suit a residential senior leader (seeking an exciting current challenge) or an experienced affordable housing leader in the not-for-profit space.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction, growth and performance
Oversee all aspects of agency operations
Deliver strong financial and operational outcomes
Represent the organisation to key stakeholders
Leading a team of 7
Manage a quickly growing portfolio
Manage implementation of current systems and processes

The Candidate
Experience in senior leadership roles within residential property
Current NSW driving license
Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
