Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced residential aged care leader to manage day-to-day operations at a medium-sized facility in the Grafton region of NSW. You will drive person-centred care, occupancy, revenue, and accreditation compliance while leading a capable clinical team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will implement standards, mentor staff, manage finances and HR, and promote staff wellbeing through education and development prospects, with versatile full time arrangements.
