You will lead kitchen operations in the absence of management, collaborate with Clinical Leadership on dietary requirements, and ensure a clean, protected hospitality area. Applicants should have TAFE Hospitality or Cert III, bulk cooking experience, and aged care exposure, with food safety certification.
