Experienced Recruitment Resourcer – Labour Hire Division (North West Melbourne)
Do you have previous experience working as a recruitment resourcer? or at a high volume call centre looking at taking that next step in your career? This is your chance to step into recruitment and thrive in a quick-paced, hands‑on role within our labour hire division.
Location: Western & Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
Type: Office-based role
Start Time Flexibility: Between 6am and 9am, depending on business needs
Your Role Will Include:
Conducting candidate screening
Conducting interviews - including functional assessments
Managing and confirming rosters
Administration duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a recruitment role or call centre/customer service roles
Solid relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Outstanding communication skills
Flexibility to work across various industries and locations
Willingness to travel between North and Western suburbs of Melbourne
