Oak Flats Bowling & Recreational Club is seeking a committed, passionate and inspirational Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play an key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and service.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
