STUDIO MANAGER / ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER

This is a unique role combining Strength & Conditioning coaching, leadership, administration and studio management, working closely with the Studio Owner to help run and grow one of Perth's best performing F45 studios.

Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional F45 sessions and create an incredible member experience
Support, develop and collaborate with the coaching team
Assist with studio operations, administration, member experience, events, challenges and day-to-day organisation
Identify problems, find solutions and take ownership of projects and opportunities
Work closely with the owner and develop leadership, management and business skills

About you
Takes initiative and is proactive in solving problems
Communicates openly and effectively
Highly organised and has an eye for detail
Loves working with people and being part of a team




Genuinely interested in learning and developing
Brings excellent energy, professionalism and accountability
Passionate about health, fitness and creating an exceptional member experience
Experience with Mindbody and Pipeline Solutions is advantageous, but not essential
