Chery Northern Beaches is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the main liaison between customers and our Service Department across Chery, Sea-Doo and Can-Am brands. You will identify customer needs, document concerns, and coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure a transparent service journey.
Key duties include greeting customers, booking workshop entries for vehicles and watercraft, presenting estimates, obtaining approvals, and keeping customers informed of progress and costs.
