The Commercial Hotel in Dubbo is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. Working under a Head Chef in an energetic, friendly setting, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, contemporary dishes in a fast-paced setting.

We require at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, ability to work five days across seven, solid food hygiene practices, and excellent communication. Flexibility and pride in presentation are essential to maintain top standards across all service.
