ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking dependable MACHINE OPERATORS / PRODUCTION STAFF to join our production team. You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and bagging of concrete powder, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a secure and efficient workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating production line machinery to manufacture and bag concrete powder
Loading and unloading materials
Weighing, measuring, and inspecting products to uphold quality
Palletising and preparing finished goods for dispatch
Performing general production and housekeeping duties




Following strict quality control and production procedures
Working safely around machinery, materials, and mobile equipment
Handling manual and repetitive tasks as required

Work schedule: Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts) with optional Friday overtime (6 hours)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Previous machine operating or factory experience (advantageous but not essential)
Forklift licence
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to work manual handling and repetitive tasks
