The Opportunity

This role requires high-level attention to detail, liaising with our staff and senior management, plus managing reception duties of a Head Office for a leading ASX listed company.
Answering & directing the phones of a large recruitment company
Welcome all guests and announce visitors professionally
General administration duties as required – photocopying, binding, filing and data entry etc.
Monitor calendars in relation to birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, and candidate interviews
Maintain kitchen area and meeting rooms ensuring all rooms are clean
Assisting in meetings and events where required




Organizing and distributing business equipment for relevant office stakeholders
Ensuring all administration information remains current, relevant and is accessible to all stakeholders
Managing the availability of all meeting rooms across the office, and ensuring all rooms are presentable

About You

You will be anindividual who is passionate and craves the excitement of a dynamically growing organization but has the ability to work high-level stakeholders, manage the reception duties of our organization, and maintain the structure of a leading ASX listed company.
Certificate in Business Administration
Experience in a similar role in a high-paced setting
Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills (including Microsoft Teams & SharePoint)
Experience in Adobe Qualified
Experience in managing
High level attention to detail
Outstanding communication and self motivated
