The City of Greater Geelong is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer to join three service centres and the call centre. You will be the first point of contact, delivering prompt, qualified service across phone, face-to-face and online channels.

You will handle enquiries, learn Tier 0 online options, assist with initial inquiries, and refer to Tier 2 as needed. Adaptable schedule and shifts are available, with potential for extra work to support demand.
