Our client is a respected, long-established accounting and advisory practice led by six partners. With more than 60 years of personalised advice behind them, they are now growing the team and looking for a Bookkeeper to join them.

About the role

You'll manage the bookkeeping for the firm and ready for the Partners. You'll work closely with the Partners, with exposure to the full range of services the firm provides.

Key responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable and Receivable and complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS and manage GST
Process payroll and superannuation
Maintain accurate client ledgers using cloud-based accounting software

About you
Several years' bookkeeping experience, ideally in public practice
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Solid working knowledge of cloud-based accounting software
Solid understanding of GST, BAS, payroll and superannuation
Explicit, qualified communication with clients and colleagues

What's on offer

Salary of $65,000 + super or more depending on experience
