Trade Counter Sales & Customer Service Greater Western Sydney | $75K + Super Join an Australian Fencing Manufacturer Our client is a well-established fencing manufacturer supplying quality products to the commercial, residential and education sectors . Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trade Counter Sales & Customer Service person to join their existing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys dealing directly with customers, particularly tradies and trade customers , and thrives in a small, friendly and close‑knit team.

About the Role
Face‑to‑face Trade Counter Sales and Customer Service
Build strong relationships with trade customers
Assist customers with product enquiries and orders
Process orders and data entry
Assist with general administration and computer‑based tasks
Pick and pack products as required
Work closely with the warehouse and internal team to ensure customers receive great service

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in Trade Counter Sales, Internal Sales or Customer Service
Enjoys dealing with tradies and trade customers




Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is confident answering product enquiries and taking orders
Is computer literate with strong data entry skills
Has experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Is reliable, organised and able to work well in a small team
Is comfortable working in a hands‑on environment

Experience within fencing, building supplies, hardware, construction, manufacturing or a similar trade workplace will be highly regarded.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands‑on position and will involve:
Standing for periods throughout the day
Regular walking around the workplace
Walking up and down stairs
Picking and packing products
Manual handling and lifting products up to approximately 15kg

What's on Offer?
$75K + Super
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 4:00pm
