Monster Kitchen and Bar, part of Ovolo Hotels Group, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to take full ownership of the bar and lead the team across a 7-day rotating roster. You will manage stock, train staff, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

We value hands-on leaders with a minimum of 3 years in bar roles, able to coordinate orders, supervise shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all F&B; outlets.
