About the Position

Currently an chance exists for a Sales Administrator to support the busy residential building job portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
Managing all internal phone calls
Telephone screening applicants and shortlisting resumes
Maintaining CRM system
Coordinating interviews and reference checking
Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms
Managing company brand marketing on Linkedin




Other administration and sales support tasks

What we are looking for
Minimum of 5 years Administration, Customer Service or Recruitment experience
Experience in a Recruitment support role advantageous however not essential
A can do attitude towards your work
Honesty and a high level of integrity
An ability to multi task and prioritise work load
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent presentation
Happy to work in a small high performance team
