We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established smash repair business in the Hunter region.

About the Role

Working as part of a professional and experienced team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality smash repairs and panel work from start to finish.
Assessing vehicle damage and determining the required repairs
Removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels and components
Panel beating and straightening vehicle bodywork
Preparing vehicles for painting
Using hand and power tools and workshop equipment
Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard
Working efficiently to meet repair timeframes
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work area
Following all WHS and workplace procedures





About You

We are looking for someone who is:
A qualified or experienced Panel Beater
Experienced in a busy smash repair or automotive body repair workplace
Able to complete quality repairs with a strong eye for detail
Reliable, hardworking and motivated
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Committed to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Professional and positive in their approach
