K92 Mining Limited seeks an experienced Shift Boss to lead underground teams at the Kainantu mine. You will provide technical guidance, train local staff in mechanised mining, and ensure secure, effective production aligned with weekly plans.

The role requires 5+ years in underground mining, 2+ years as a Shift Supervisor, and prior PNG or remote-site experience. Expat assignments are on a fixed-term basis with a focus on safety and efficiency.
