You will work closely with internal stakeholders, investment teams, technology teams, and external data providers to develop and maintain Evidentia's investment data strategy, governance framework, and operational capabilities.ResponsibilitiesLead the management and optimisation of Evidentia's investment data assets to support investment, consulting, and broader business functionsDevelop and maintain Evidentia's investment data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and recognising data as a key organisational assetManage relationships with investment data providers, including commercial agreements, service delivery, compliance obligations, and ongoing performance monitoringEstablish and maintain robust investment data governance, stewardship, quality control,



and compliance frameworksOversee the collection, maintenance, validation, and delivery of investment data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and operational excellenceDevelop and maintain a comprehensive investment data map, documenting data sources, usage, contractual rights, and retention requirementsDrive the continued development of Evidentia's centralised investment data capabilities, including identifying more efficient and cost-effective data solutionsPartner with Technology and business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalabilityLead and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver investment data initiatives and enhance business capabilitiesGenerate insights from investment and market data to support decision-making and improve understanding of industry trendsSkills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science,



or a related disciplineStrong programming skills in SQL and Python (or similar technologies)Experience managing investment data in a fast-paced environmentExperience delivering technology and data solutions aligned to business strategy, ideally within financial services or another regulated industryExperience working with Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies in a commercial environmentExperience managing relationships with third-party suppliers and data vendorsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teamsDemonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and deliver operational outcomesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance capabilitiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Highly RegardedExperience within investment management, managed accounts, wealth management, or broader financial servicesExperience establishing data governance, stewardship, and quality management frameworksExperience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and business initiativesKnowledge of investment products, benchmarks, financial markets, and associated data providersExperience developing data hubs, data warehouses, or enterprise data management capabilities Why Join Us?
