The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collaborative team and work closely with senior bankers across the full transaction lifecycle.The role will include:Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactionsBuilding financial models and undertaking detailed valuation analysisPreparing pitch books, information memoranda and transaction materialsConducting company, industry and market researchAssisting with due diligence and transaction coordinationDeveloping exposure to technology businesses across areas such as software, fintech,
