Working closely with leaders and managers, you'll deliver practical, contemporary people solutions that support workforce capability and a positive, high-performing culture.
Salary up to 95k plus super and one day working from home per week.
Your new role Providing generalist HR advice across employee relations, contracts and workforce matters Managing high-volume contract generation and workforce administration Interpreting Awards, employment legislation and internal frameworks Supporting performance, employee relations and compliance matters Partnering with stakeholders across a complex, multi-site environment Contributing to HR initiatives,
