At least12+ years overall experience in data migration projects with MSSQL DB sources• At least 5+ years experience in leading CRM data migration project in Architectcapacity using ETL approach for data extract -transform -validate -reconcileprocesses• Excellent understanding of CRM Data Migration Lifecycle and Efforts estimationand planning • Responsible for E2E Solution of Data Migration project working with CRMFunctional consultants• Provide overall architecture of solution approach for Data migration track fromdiscovery till Golive• Participate in Data Migration strategy for setting and infrastructureplanning• Hands -on Proficiency in any industry -standard ETL tool ( Preferably ADF) • Translate business needs into Technical requirements• Excellent communication and listening skills• Work closely with Customer and internal stakeholders • Having prior working experience of Customer interfacing role• Prior Data Migration Program management experience is an advantage
