We are seeking a Workato Technical Business Analyst to bridge businessrequirements and integration solutions by designing automation workflows andsystem integrations using the Workato platform.
The role focuses on translatingbusiness needs into scalable, effective technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business and integration requirementsTranslate business needs into Workato recipes, workflows, and integration designsCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to define solutionsCreate functional specifications, process maps, and data flow diagramsSupport design and testing of integrations (SIT/UAT coordination)Identify automation opportunities and recommend best -fit solutionsEnsure data integrity, governance,



and compliance in integrationsMaintain documentation and assist in production supportKey Skills & Experience:Experience as a Technical BA in integration/iPaaS environments (Workato preferred)Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and system integrationsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow)Experience with Agile delivery methodologiesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsNice to Have:Hands -on experience with Workato recipe designKnowledge of data mapping, transformation, and integration patternsExposure to testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E) and automation workflows
